Here are the most common questions from designers, models, and viewers about the live stream and compilation videos.

When will I receive my compilation video?

Most compilation videos are delivered within 10–14 business days after DC Fashion Week ends. If demand is very high, we will email you an updated timeline—but our team prioritizes fast, high-quality delivery.

What footage is included in the compilation?

We use the official DC Fashion Week multi-camera footage. For models, we feature all of your confirmed walks from the shows you participated in. For designers, we pull the best looks from your collection and assemble them into a cohesive highlight reel.

How do I watch the live stream?

After your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your unique viewing link and access details. On the day of the show, simply click your link on any modern browser (phone, tablet, or computer) and press play.

Can I watch the shows later if I miss them live?

Yes. Every live stream ticket includes replay access. Single Show passes include 48-hour replay, Runway Weekend Passes include 72-hour replay, and the Creator Bundle includes 7-day replay access.

Can I use my compilation video for casting and social media?

Yes. Your compilation video is cleared for use on your personal website, social media channels, and in casting submissions. For paid advertising or broadcast use, please contact us for extended licensing.

Do you offer refunds?

Because live events and custom video editing are time-based services, all sales are generally final. If you experience a technical issue with the live stream or your delivered file, contact our support and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
